In the Spanish league, Valencia and Eibar draw 0-0

Eibar and Valencia were not able to enlarge their distance to the bottom of the Spanish league standings. It was a result of their match being drawn on Monday.

Valencia reached 13th place. But, it stayed only two points above the consign zone. That too after 12 matches. Eibar reached 11th place. And, it was merely three points above the drop.

Eibar twice hit the woodwork in the final minutes.  And in stoppage time, Kevin Gameiro, Valencia forward, repudiated the winner in a one-on-one situation. That situation was with Marko Dmitrovic, Eibar's goalkeeper. In the league, Eibar was not able to win in seven home games.

Valencia was keeping its eye on its second win in nine matches. It was without  Denis Cheryshev and Kang-In Lee. It was because of their positive COVID-19 tests.
