Jordan Veretout prefers Serie A club over Marseille

Jordan Veretout, the French midfielder from Roma is on the radar of Milan as they continue hunting for a central midfielder in the summer transfer window. The midfielder has been associated with a move away from Roma while Marseille also has a keen interest in hiring the services of the player. However, the Rossoneri seem to be the player's preference as he wishes to be a part of Serie A. 

Roma, on the other hand, is looking to offload a few players and Veretout doesn't seem to be a part of the 2022/2 season for the team. However, the player has expressed his desire to move to Milan rather than going back to his home place. But until an official bid arrives for the player, nothing can be confirmed.
