Juve and Milan fought hard but remained goalless

Juventus and AC Milan locked horns in this round on Sunday but both the teams walked away disappointed having added just one point from the clash. In the clash of the giants, both the teams wanted to take advantage and pull clear with three points, Juve would have climbed over Atalanta who was also involved in a 0-0 stalemate against Lazio, and get their hands on the Champions League berth meanwhile Milan wanted to take the fight to their local rivals who are two points ahead in the race for the title.

Milan made Wojciech Szczesny work hard in the goal post and came close once but Mike Maignan missed a lot of action all the way on the other side of the field as Juve did not wear their attacking shoes this time. With their toothless attack, it seemed like they were focused on denying Milan a chance to get ahead rather than fight head-on.
