Juve has officially extended versatile full-back Juan Cuadrado’s contract by one year. The 33-year-old who plays the role of a right-back and a wing-back has become an essential part of the Italian giant's squad making 40 appearances for the side across the competition, making 32 starts overall.
His previous contract with Juventus was set to expire at the end of the summer but the team has kept Cuadrado in Turin at least for the next 12 months. So far Cuadrado has netted four times for the team and racked up four assists as well in Serie A. Juventus has extended the contract of backup goalkeeper Mattia Perin as well with a three-year deal that would make him part of the club till 2025
