Karim Benzema’s dead leg forces him to exit early in Bulgaria friendly match

World champions France beats Bulgaria 3-0 in the final friendly match on Tuesday. The Euro 2020 campaign is just a week away and Karim Benzema early exits has left the fans scared. Karim Benzema exited from the match early in the 39th minute itself because of a dead leg. Olivier Giroud’s brace helped France win the pre-Euro match, and he took his tally to 46 goals at Stade De France.

Their opening fixture in the Group F match of the European Championship is scheduled with Germany on 15th June. Group F is considered as the pool of death as France would also take on reigning European champions Portugal as well Hungary. Benzema was called back to the national team after a six-year exile and has scored 27 goals for France.
