La Liga: Cádiz beats Eibar 2-0

Cádiz returns to the winning ways to the Spanish League after Eibar 2-0 win being 14 years in lower divisions. The win places Cádiz second behind current leader Real Sociedad on the basis of goal difference. Southern Spain squad won all its last four fixtures including the 1-0 win against the defending champion Real Madrid. While going in this year their motive was to avoid relegation shared the goal-scorer Álvaro Negredo. With veteran players on the team like Sevilla and Manchester City striker Negredo, former Atlético Madrid midfielder Augusto Fernández, and Alex Fernández, Juan Cala, and José Martín. The match was decided before the half time when Cádiz snatched the ball from Eibar midfielder Pape Diop and scored twice to secure their win.
