LaLiga: the story doesn't change with Calleja as Villarreal disappointed again

Villarreal stuttered to a disappointing 0-0 draw away to Real Valladolid, which unfortunately does little for their ailing form and survival hopes.

The poor performances of the team have continued in spite of the return of Javi Calleja as he has failed to bring the desired upturn in form.

The result keeps some decent daylight between the hosts and the drop zone, where the Yellow Submarine are currently mired and showing little signs of resurgence. Villarreal now sit four points from safety and have played one game more than those around them.

Club's management is still worrying of some inside problems due sometimes to excessive gossips regarding possible transfers of key-players who might have been disturbed.
