Late goal by Joe Willock helps Newcastle win over West Ham

Newcastle United won over the West Ham United by 3-2, after the late header by Joseph Willock on Saturday. In the first half, Newcastle got the lead after the goals by Issa Diop (own goal) and Joelinton. Craig Dawson of West Ham was sent off in the initial half after a red card.

The second half saw a revival of the West Ham. In the 73rd minute, Issa Diop gave hope to the team after scoring a goal. After that, Jesse Lingard converted a penalty to a goal and made the scores 2-2 for both the teams, when not even 10 minutes were left. But within the next 2 minutes, the Newcastle substitute Joe Willock netted a goal for Newcastle United and took the win home. After the match, West ham remained in 4th place and Newcastle at 15th, with 9 points clear of Fulham.
