According to reports, Lazio is open to considering selling Taty Castellanos in January in order to raise money for any midseason additions. After being hit with a transfer ban that barred them from making any acquisitions, Claudio Lotito and Angelo Fabiani insisted on keeping the team essentially intact despite the Biancocelesti receiving bids for some of their best players last summer. As a result, despite several queries, Castellanos' future was never discussed at Formello throughout the summer.
According to Il Messaggero (via La Lazio Siamo Noi), Villarreal, Real Betis, Nottingham Forest, Everton, Burnley, West Ham, and Wolverhampton Wanderers have also expressed their interest in the Argentine striker. But while the Italian capital side closed the door to all attempts in the summer, the situation could drastically differ in January.
