Leicester City’s star striker Jamie Vardy, would be missing out on several weeks of action due to a knee injury which does not bode well for the Premier League club. Vardy is currently the club's top scorer having netted 10 goals for the side even after missing a chunk of Premier League action with a hamstring issue.
He started for the team on March 5th itself in 2022 which would have been a huge relief for manager Brendan Rodgers if not for the knee injury that would once again leaves the club without their star striker for the upcoming matches. Rodgers later stated that back to injuries like this are very frustrating for any player as being out of action is bad enough then they need to work hard to get back into form only to miss more matches due to injury.
