Levante triumph over Eibar

The Storm Filomena messed up the schedule for the Spanish league as many matches being postponed because of it but three matches did place in La Liga last night one of which was  Levante beating Eibar by 2-1 at Estadio Ciudad de Valencia, the hosts destroyed Eibar at their home ground despite the visitors early lead created by Takashi Inui.

But hosts walked away with all three points by hitting back and taking the win for themselves with goals by Gonzalo Melero and Jose Luis Morales. Levante just needed 11 minutes time to level the score and take a lead as well away from Eibar. Levante now sits 10th on the table at 21 points, two points away from Cadiz who won 3-1 against Alaves while Eibar is 4 places down. Valencia also rose to victory by beating Real Valladolid by 1-0 on the same night.
