Within 11 minutes in Stade Metropole Burak Yilmaz’s low shot put Lille ahead and later Jonathan Bamba scored the second as well while Lens who was struggling to hold back Lille’s attack when Jonathan Gradit and Clement Michelin were handed red cards. That was all Lille needed when Jonathan Ikone and Yusuf Yazici later scored the third and fourth goal which gave Lille their lead. On the other hand, three assists by Memphis Depay give Lyon a 3-2 win over Strasbourg. Patrick Vieira's Nice won by 3-1 at Saint-Etienne.
