Liverpool and Man City hold each other back at 1-1

Liverpool denies Man City a win at the Etihad stadium as both the team desperately try to win to get ahead in the Premier League race. The match ended 1-1 in a draw denying both the team a much-needed win. Joel Matip and Joe Gomez are great defenders and they need to work together so that they don’t concede a lot of goals. Joel turned heads with his performance during the match. VAR made yet another mistake as JoGo was penalized with an offside rule which costed them gravely. Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino were great at their offensive game as well. And the rigorous scheduling turned dangerous for Liverpool as they lost one more player to injury, Trent Alexander-Arnold will be out of play for a while.
