Liverpool took out Man Utd by 4-0 to top the table

Liverpool puts more pressure on Manchester City as they surge to the top of the Premier League table. Mohamed Salah’s brace helped Liverpool with the 4-0 rout against Manchester United at Anfield. Reds are now two points ahead of Manchester City as the title pressure builds up before the defending champions take on Brighton.

United boss Ralf Rangnick had other plans while the team traveled to meet Liverpool for the Premier League match up, they hoped to land a top-four spot and hold back Liverpool but within five minutes of the match, their hopes took a backseat. Luis Diaz folded in Salah’s low cross into the back of the net for his fourth goal for the team. Liverpool maintained a dominating stance and soon was two ahead. Alisson did his part to keep the sheet clean denying Marcus Rashford and Anthony Elanga in the second half before Mane and Salah scored to put the game out of reach for Red Devils.
