Lucas Chevalier has been honored as 's best goalkeeper for the season, triumphing over noteworthy contenders including Lucas Perrin of Lyon, Jerónimo Rulli from Marseille, Jorge Petrovic of Strasbourg, and PSG's formidable Gianluigi Donnarumma.

This prestigious accolade was conferred on Sunday evening at the 2025 UNFP Trophy ceremony, held at the iconic "Gabriel" pavilion, under the auspices of the professional footballers' union in France.

Boasting 11 clean sheets this season, the French shot-stopper has been instrumental in Lille's formidable defensive stand and their commanding presence in the league.
