Magpies bid £28million for a Brazilian star

The Premier League side, Newcastle United has bid around £28 million for the Sevilla defender Diego Carlos. Magpies are busy fighting to stay in the season after being involved in a relegation battle for the first half of the season. Newcastle has already signed Kieran Trippier from Atletico Madrid, as well as Chris Wood from relegation strugglers Burnley in the January window with a £25 million deal with Burnley.
