Manchester United are expected to spend big in the January transfer window

Erik ten Hag, the manager of Manchester United, is said to have "selected" Goncalo Ramos as his top target for the upcoming January transfer window.  Following Cristiano Ronaldo's shocking departure from the club, United are one striker short of where they were when the Premier League season was interrupted for the World Cup. Marcus Rashford may be asked to play a more central role now that Anthony Martial is the primary player through the middle. Next month, finding a new striker will be United's first priority. A number of players have been mentioned in connection with a move to Old Trafford.
