Manchester United eye January move for Sergio Ramos

The 39-year-old is understood to have a proposal on the table to join the Red Devils at the start of 2026.

Ramos recently confirmed his departure from Monterrey, making him a free agent able to sign for any club. Sources suggest a return to Europe is increasingly likely, with Manchester United among the frontrunners for his signature.

The experienced centre-back brings a wealth of leadership and defensive know-how, qualities that could strengthen the club's backline during a crucial period of the season. His presence is expected to complement the current squad while providing guidance to younger players.

Negotiations are said to be at an early stage, but United appear keen to secure him ahead of the January window.
