Manchester United has long been interested in Kalidou Koulibaly, and this summer transfer the club would against chase the Senegalese as Solskjaer is working on bringing reinforcement to improve the team’s defense. Red Devils were chasing the player in 2019 and the Napoli was demanding a fee of120 million euros for the player which was too expensive for Man United.
Last year as well the former Genk center back was demanding 100 million euros and not just United but every other club backed out as well and Koulibaly stayed with the team. The 29-year-old might leave the Serie A side this year. Liverpool, Man City, and Barcelona are also in the chase and could now leave for a fee between 50-60 million euros. United’s backline has Maguire, Lindelof, and Bailly currently.
