Diego Maradona is on the verge of another footballing miracle with his Dorados side in Mexico. The small club from Sinaloa are on the verge of reaching the play-off final which, if they win, could take them to Mexico's top flight.
Dorado take a 3-1 lead into the second leg of their semi-final with Mineros de Zacatecas.
This could be the second successive time that Maradona has led Dorados to the play-off final after losing out last December to the much-fancied Atletico San Luis - Atletico Madrid's affiliate club in Mexico.
If Dorados manage to win this play-off final, they will compete with San Luis in a grand final to see who earns promotion to the top flight. Maradona's team have gone 12 league matches unbeaten. Now, they are just four games from Liga MX - the promised land.
