Marc Albrighton signs a new extension contract with Leicester till 2024

Leicester winger, Marc Albrighton, 31, has signed a new extension deal with the team that extends his tenure with the club till 2024. Last season he appeared in 42 games and helped the Foxes in beating Chelsea during the finals of the FA club at Wembley. In 2014, Albrighton joined the Aston Villa club during the summers and was part of the team when it won the 2015-16 Premier League title. 

Last season, Leicester finished in the fifth position and missed out on Champions League qualification. However, they will play with the champions Manchester City on August 7 in the FA community before the domestic campaign. Albrighton says that he is happy to be a part of the club for whom he had played 253 times and is settled there.
