Mason Greenwood would not participate in the England Euro 2020

The provisional England Euro 2020 squad would not have Greenwood in that as he has been pulled out of the squad due to a pre-existing injury. Manchester United forward was in fact a part of the 33-man squad selected by Gareth Southgate before but a final squad has been revealed on Tuesday and Greenwood would be sitting out of the European Championship.

United has commented, that he would be sitting out the tournament to recover from an underlying injury that kept creeping up this year and kept him out of play from the Under-21 European Championship as well. England would take on Croatia first on 13th June and then take on Scotland and Czech Republic in the group stage on 18th and 22nd June respectively.
