Mata scores his first Galatasaray goal after just 10 minutes

Galatasaray won 0-2 away to Fatih Karagumruk in a matchday 12 clash in the Turkish league on Friday. The victory put them third in the table.

Juan Mata scored his first goal for his new club in the match after moving on a free in the summer. His contract is a 12 month one. The Spaniard started this clash on the bench and came onto the pitch in the 75th minute. Just 10 minutes later, the midfielder scored his first goal for Galatasaray.

Mata ended a move which saw his teammates unable to put the ball in the net, but Mata, with the help of some good fortune, managed to beat goalkeeper Emiliano Viviano.
