Milan officially adds the Paraguayan midfielder

AC Milan completes the signing of Hugo Francisco Cuenca Martinez as his contract has been officially deposited with Lega Serie A. The player has even played with the senior team. Rossoneri were fighting Barcelona for his signature which is saying a lot about the skills of highly rated the 17-year-old. Milan has agreed to a deal of a €500k fee plus 10% of a future resale with Deportivo Capiata to complete the move.
