Milan plans to leave Pellegri, Castillejo and Conti from the CL Squad

AC Milan is expected to release the Champions League squad soon but as per reports, the Rossoneri would leave Pietro Pellegri, Samu Castillejo, and Andrea Conti from their squad. Pellegri is their new signing but would not participate in the group stage of Europe’s elite competition. While Stefano Pioli’s plans for the club do not involve Andrea Conti and Samu Castillejo.

Conti is joining the Rossoneri’s after serving his loan spell with Parma, as for Castillejo, he was on the brink of leaving AC Milan and join La Liga side Getafe instead but the deal fell through when they inked a deal with Sampdoria’s Jakub Jankto instead. In the group stage, the Red and Blacks would face Liverpool, Atletico Madrid, and Porto in group B and make a comeback after a seven-year gap.
