Munich’s confidence dropped after the draw against Frankfurt, Nagelsmann worried

Bayern Munich’s match against Eintracht Frankfurt was a 1-1 draw at the Allianz Arena. Not very long before the break time, Leroy Sane took a fine strike which was cancelled out by Randal Kolo Muani’s strike in the second half.

After the World Cup in Qatar, and getting back from the winter-pause, this was the third in a row 1-1 drawn match. Previously in the Bundesliga season, Munich came back after a losing streak of 4 matches. But, in the Champions League round 16, with Paris Saint-Germain coming, Julian Nagelsmann had to go and get the scores quick and correct.

Nagelsmann stated after the match that since the team was losing, the confidence of the players was also dropping, instead of what it would have been if they were winning it. He also added that there were a lot of things that the team needed to work on and improve.
