Napoli keen on signing Borussia Dortmund’s Emre Can

The Serie A club had the Germany international on their radar last winter and will continue their pursuit through the summer transfer window.

Napoli had an underwhelming season last time out, finishing mid table after winning the league the previous campaign.

However, with new manager Antonio Conte, Napoli are confident on luring Can to Italy as they look to rebuild.

It’s reported that BVB would be willing to discuss a possible exit for a fee of around €10m-€15m.

Can is currently contracted with Dortmund until June 2026. However, at 30 years of age, a fee close to €15m could be the most they’ll get for the midfielder.

Can has previous experience in Italy with Juventus when he moved from Liverpool in 2018. After a loan at BVB, the midfielder officially joined the Bundesliga club in July 2020.
