The Partenopei are still furious at the Lega Serie A decision to give Juventus a 3-0 victory and dock them a point for not fulfilling the Week 3 fixture.
They pulled out after Piotr Zielinski and Eljif Elmas tested positive for COVID-19, just days after a huge outbreak at their most recent opponents Genoa.
Now the team they’ll be facing on October 22 at the Stadio San Paolo are also dealing with the pandemic.
Dutch side AZ Alkmaar have nine positive cases at the club, including three members of staff, four senior players and two youth team players.
