Netherlands qualify for the Euro 2020 Knockout after beating Austria

Memphis Depay and Denzel Dumfries helped Netherlands to a 2-0 win against Austria. With the win Netherlands also qualified for Euro 2020 Knockout stage. Netherlands' second straight win helps them grab the top spot in Group C. Depay first scored in the 11th minute from a penalty that was awarded for David Alaba's foul on Denzel Dumfries. After scoring the in thrilling opener against Ukraine and securing a 3-2 win Dumfries struck again in the second half and netted his second goal of the tournament. For De Boer's side it would be their first major tournament since the 2014 World Cup.

The final match against North Macedonia would just be a formality for them and De Boer can rest the players who would now be heading to Budapest for a last-16 tie on 27th June against a third-place finisher.
