Newcastle earns a historic 2-0 win over Westham

Jeff Hendrick and Callum Wilson marked their extraordinary debuts for Newcastle. They scored 2-0 win at West Ham in their maiden game of the English Premier League which was held on Saturday. Wilson made his first goal in the 56th minute whereas Hendrick made his in the 87th. These two offseason signings made an exceptional impact. Jamal Lewis was impressed against West Ham after his arrival from Norwich. Now, he is helping to alleviate the frustration at Newcastle after the subsiding of a Saudi-backed acquisition bid. Wilson joined from Bournemouth, which was consigned last season. The England striker showed his skills as a goal poacher by reacting to Hendrick's toss from a right-wing. He made this move to get ahead of Lukasz Fabianksi.
