Newcastle takes over another Bournemouth player for five-years

The Scotland international joined Bournemouth team-mate Callum Wilson who recently arrived at the club for £20m. Norwich's Jamal Lewis is also set to join them at St. James Park. The deal could be finalized at £15m.

The 22-year old’s Bournemouth contract had just ended in June and did not go ahead with an extension ahead of Premier League season. The winger had at first denied Newcastle’s offer as he was looking forward to moving closer to North East to be with his family.

Fraser had joined the Cherries for £400,000 in January 2013 and during his time at Vitality Stadium he made 229 appearances in six and a half years scored 30 goals and was even being considered by Arsenal.
