Ollie Watkins seems quite charged up with the transfer news and plans to bring glory to Aston Villa after reuniting with his old Brentford boss Dean Smith as the £28million transfer deal got confirmed.
The 24-year old striker leaves behind Brentford after scoring 26 goals for the club last year and feels he is ready for the Premier League after competing in the Championship.
The froward player has confirmed a five-year contract with Aston Villa, Watkins has also been on loan at Weston-super-Mare and feels ready for the next challenge. Watkins will join right-back Matty Cash of Nottingham Forest at Villa Park making him the second transfer of the season. Dean Smith is also targeting Arsenal's keeper Emiliano Martinez.
