PSG puts Neymar on the market (again)

The Brazilian international Neymar may have his 'days numbered' at Paris Saint-Germain, roughly half a year after the activation of the automatic clause that extended the contract that unites both parties until June 2027.

This is because, according to information published Wednesday by the Spanish newspaper Sport, the management led by Qatari Nasser Al-Khelaifi will have opted to place the Brazilian international in the transfer market, immediately after the end of the current season.

The objective, clarifies the publication, is to release funds to strengthen the squad under Christophe Galtier, which has become an 'impossible mission' since the renewal of the ties of Kylian Mbappé and Lionel Messi, which required a serious financial investment.

The defending champions of France already tried to 'get rid' of the 30-year-old striker last summer, but no club was willing to reach the required €150m.
