PSG secured a win, one point away from the 10th Ligue 1 crown

Paris Saint-Germain is a point away from securing the 10th French league crown with five rounds to spare by securing a 3-0 triumph at Angers. PSG now is 15 points ahead of second-place Marseille with five rounds remaining. But still, require one point against Lens on Saturday to beg the Ligue 1 title. PSG are ready to be on par with Saint-Etienne, who grabbed their 10th title in 1981 and are in line to keep up this season.

Marseille was able to finish second in the automatic Champions League spot. They now have a six-point lead over Rennes and Strasbourg. Rennes was defeated by Alsace-side Strasbourg at 1-2. Monaco holds fifth place and successfully defeated Nice 1-0 in the race for the Champions League position. There were home wins for Lorient, Brest, Lens, and Reims.
