Rangers posed a threat with Chermiti in both halves, and later with Miovski and Danilo, but failed to create any truly significant chances. In fact, it was Roma who came closest to a third goal when Celik incredibly hit the crossbar from point-blank range. This result allows Soulé and his teammates to restart their European campaign after consecutive home defeats, making their path to the knockout stage less complicated.
