RB Leipzig climb closer to Bayern Munich with Hertha win

The second-half strike by Nordi Mukiele and centre-back Willi Orban’s header, his third goal for the side saw them seal a win for RB Leipzig over Hertha Berlin with a 3-0 win on Sunday. With the win, they cut Bayern Munich's lead to just two points on the Bundesliga table taking complete advantage of Bayern's 2-1 shocking defeat at Eintracht Frankfurt.

Captain Marcel Sabitzer’s long-range goal saw them take the lead in the first half itself in Berlin to take the three points home after the Liverpool defeat in the Champions League. US midfielder Tyler Adams tackled Matteo Guendouzi and Mukiele scored in the 71st minute for the second goal and Orban converted Sabitzer's cross six minutes later for fourth win and extend Hertha’s winless run to eight games.
