Real Madrid prepares double attack on City and wants to join Haaland and Cancelo

The Spanish press reveals on Thursday that Real Madrid is interested in signing two players from Manchester City in the upcoming transfer markets.

According to the newspaper AS, the idea of the Merengues is to hire João Cancelo as early as next summer, a player who has been on the list of potential reinforcements for the Spanish club since the Portuguese played for Valencia (from 2014 to 2018).

The same source stresses that Cancelo, who does not close the door to represent a club like Real Madrid, could cost between 40 and 50 million euros to the Spanish team.

Cancelo is in his fourth season with City, where he has made 138 appearances, eight goals and 19 assists.

In addition to Cancelo, the Spanish newspaper AS says that Real Madrid remains attentive to Erling Haaland, who was heavily targeted at the Whites in this summer market.
