Real Madrid ready to strike a deal for Nicolo Barella

Real Madrid is extremely interested in signing the Inter Milan’s Nicolo Barella this offseason and has expressed they are willing to trade away Dani Ceballos and Nacho Fernandez to secure his services. The Italian international is considered one of the best midfielders in Italy and completed a move from Cagliari to Inter Milan in 2019 to make a name for himself. Later 25-year-old was one of the key players on Nerazzurri’s squad that claimed the 2020/21 title.

In the last season, Barella played 48 matches across all competitions for Inter and netted four goals and 13 assists. After a successful stint with Inter he even earned a call-up for the Italy squad that won the UEFA Euro 2020  title last year.
