Real Madrid squashed Granada

Real Madrid advanced on points with Atletico Madrid. Real Madrid managed to get at the top of La Liga on Wednesday.  The credit for this achievement goes to Karim Benzema's eighth league goal of the season and Casemiro's header. It attained a 2-0 triumph against Granada. Granada posed problems to Zinedine Zidane's squad on many occasions. However, their lack of finishing cost them very much.

Real began to lean on their advantage after a goalless first half. Moreover, the introduction of Marco Asensio for the bruised Rodrygo upped the cadence for the home side. Real came close when Toni Kroos' shot bounced off the post. Moreover, Rui Silva, goalkeeper before Karim Benzema also fired over.

Later Real was ahead less than a minute.  And, Casemiro managed to head powerfully in Asensio's cross on 57 minutes
