Real Madrid is one of those clubs that doesn't prefer offering players contract extensions. However, the player's future can be secured on the basis of good performance and hard work. Recently, it was seen that Marco Asensio wasn't given a contract extension and he would be exiting the club soon. On the other hand, goalkeeper Andriy Lunin has impressed the club and they will work around a contract extension for him.
The player was picked up by the club way back in 2019 for a fee of €11 million. Lunin had signed a 6-year deal with the club and has his future secured until 2025. Even though last season he was mostly seen benched, he made the most of the minutes he played. His game against Cadiz has brought him appreciation all across the globe.
