Real Madrid’s Eden Hazard would miss the Chelsea tie

Eden Hazard would be missing Real Madrid's Champions League quarter-final tie with Chelsea as he gets ready to have a medical procedure on his leg. Hazard moved from Chelsea to join Real Madrid’s squad in 2019 but would have a plate taken out in his right leg which was placed in 2020.

Carlo Ancelotti's Madrid travels to Champions League holders Chelsea for the primary leg of their quarter-last tie on April 6, with Thomas Tuchel's Blues visiting the Bernabeu a few weeks after the match. He has scored only six goals across three seasons with Real Madrid and has not begun a match since mid-January because of issues with injury and structure. Tuchel's side crushed Real Madrid in the semi-finals of the Champions League last season would the result be the same this season?
