Georginio Wijnaldum is closer to leaving Paris Saint-Germain. The 31-year-old Dutchman is already a step away from Roma, where he would be united with Paulo Dybala.
For several weeks now, Roma have been keeping a close eye on the former Liverpool player who, according to 'Il Messaggero', has already said "yes" to the Italians. This news is highlighted by 'Il Tempo', which reports the exact figure for which the operation would be closed. Although PSG want to sell him, Roma are trying to reach an agreement for a transfer in the form of a loan with a buyout clause for around 15 million. The Italian institution also wants to split Wijnaldum's €9 million salary with the Parisians.
The 2021-22 season was the former PSV player's first at the Parc des Princes. In total, he made 38 official appearances, 22 of them starts, scored three goals and provided three assists.
