Ronaldo breaks record yet again and is now regarded as the second-highest goal-scorer of all time beating Pele’s record of 757 goals by scoring twice in the 4-1 Juventus’ victory over Udinese to have the record now read 758 career goals, one less than Josef Bican’s all-time record. Juventus with the win is now placed fifth on the Serie A table. Ronaldo scored first in the 31st minute by diving on Aaron Ramsey's pass and netting the ball past Udinese goalkeeper, ensuring Juve entered the second half with a good lead.
His 14th goal of the season came in the 70th minute and Paulo Dybala and Federico Chiesa also got on Juventus’ scoresheet during the night. Udinese on the other hand dropped to 13th position as their winless run stretches to four despite Marvin Zeegelaar’s late injury-time goal and had Rodrigo de Paul’s goal ruled out as well.
