Salvador says that SC Braga "did not move forward" because of the refereeing

Speaking to Sport TV, the president of SC Braga, António Salvador, commented on the elimination of the Europa League.

"A first half where we didn't exist as a team on the pitch or on the bench. We corrected it at half-time and then from then on I have no words to describe what the players did. Unfortunately, we had a referee and a VAR that was perhaps one of the worst that seen in football. This competition at this level cannot have referees like this. You know there were capital moves that harmed our team. That's why SC Braga couldn't move on", began by saying the president of SC Braga, stressing that the team "deserved to pass".

"It deserved to pass and it passed with a correct referee, without prejudice to SC Braga. I have to leave a great compliment to our players. They did everything to turn our team into a less good start", he concluded.
