Sarri wants Kepa with him in Italy

The Spaniard's Chelsea contract runs until 2025. 'Corriere dello Sport' reports that Maurizio Sarri wants to sign Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga for Lazio. The Spaniard was criticised after his spot kick miss saw Chelsea lose the Carabao Cup final to Liverpool.

Apparently, Lazio are looking for a new goalkeeper for next season and the board are analysing possible candidates together with Sarri.

The name which appears first on the coach's list is that of the Spanish shotstopper. Kepa and Sarri were together at Chelsea and the 63 year-old Italian was delighted with his performances.

That said, the Italian media outlet says that signing the Kepa, whose Chelsea contracts expires in 2025, is more than complicated. That is because it will cost around 80 million euros to sign him and then you have to add the 6.5 million pounds net he earns every year.
