Sassuolo are keen on inking a deal with Scamacca

Italy’s U21 hitman Gianluca Scamacca had spent last season on loan with Genoa, giving the clubs a taste of his footwork. Sassuolo has launched itself in the race for the player and plans to bring him over to Mapei Stadium - Città del Tricolore before the new season of Serie A starts. The former PSV Eindhoven youth striker has also caught the eye of two Bundesliga clubs as well, Eintracht Frankfurt and SC Freiburg, even other European clubs Inter, Juventus and Milan have made a note of the player and are following his movement.

While Sassuolo eye a new player Inter have expressed interest in signing Giacomo Raspadori as a replacement for Lukaku though they have a long list of prospects to consider already. The 2021-22 season is due to start from 21st August and the clubs are running out of time for getting the signatures they need.
