Serie A: Juventus new duo fired the team into top four

Juventus needed their new boys Dusan Vlahovic, Denis Zakaria to propel the team into the top four. Vlahovic scored his 18th league goal to level with Lazio's Ciro Immobile in the fight for Italy's 'Capocannoniere' scoring award. Vlahovic and Zakaria enjoyed a dreamy debut for Juve on Sunday with one goal each to help the team win by 2-0 against Verona.

While on the other side Atalanta fell 2-1 horribly at home against Cagliari and Juventus took their Champions League place with a win. Vlahovic joined Juventus in a 70 million euros deal from Fiorentina and in just 12 minutes proved his worth at a foggy Allianz Stadium as he scored against Verona goalkeeper Lorenzo Montipo. Zakaria on the other hand moved from Bundesliga side Borussia Moenchengladbach and scored in the 61st minute to help Juve move two points ahead of fifth-placed Atalanta.
