'Sport': Ramos asked RM for same salary as Pique

Sergio Ramos and Real Madrid parted company last summer after the two parties failed to reach an agreement. It all ended with the centre-back moving to PSG and an emotional goodbye at Real Madrid. It was a tearful departure with plenty of nostalgia.

Ramos ended up accepting the new offer, but, as the central defender himself said, Real Madrid claimed the contract had already expired. So Ramos put an end to his Real Madrid career.

Before the start of the 2015-16 season, Ramos penned a new deal until summer 2020 and then a one year extension was agreed after that. Ramos ended up signing four Real Madrid contracts.
