Stunning victory for Real Madrid over Granada

Real Madrid, the reigning Spanish champion, easily defeated Granada 4-0 to kick off the celebration of their victory. Madrid overcame Bayern Munich in the middle of the week to go to the Champions League final, with goals from Arda Guler and Fran Garcia in addition to two goals from Brahim Diaz. With four games remaining, Los Blancos won their 36th Spanish championship last weekend, but they decided not to celebrate in order to concentrate on the Bayern match.

Joselu's stunning late brace ended that match, and the Spaniard started up front against Granada, with only Antonio Rudiger being chosen from the team that defeated the German powerhouses. Before the game began, Granada, ranked 19th, was demoted as a result of Mallorca's victory over Las Palmas, which prevented the Andalusians from making it out of the drop zone.
