Summerville seals €76m move to Al Hilal

Crysencio Summerville has completed his transfer from West Ham to Al Hilal, joining the Saudi Pro League champions in a deal worth €76 million. The 24‑year‑old winger has signed a four‑year contract, making him the club’s second‑most expensive acquisition after Neymar’s €90 million arrival in 2023. Summerville also becomes West Ham’s third‑highest sale, behind Declan Rice and Mateus Fernandes.

Sky Sports’ Florian Plettenberg reports that Summerville will earn up to €17 million net per season, with the total value of his contract reaching €68 million. Roma and Manchester United had pursued the Dutchman, with Roma submitting bids up to €45 million, but Al Hilal ultimately secured the deal.

Summerville scored five goals and added two assists in 31 Premier League matches last season, having joined West Ham from Leeds in 2024. His World Cup campaign further boosted his profile, producing two goals and two assists in four appearances.
